If he wanted he could easily have said to the management I'll sign a new contract with a 50 million release clause in it therefore not doing LFC over and him getting the move he obviously wished for. but instead he leaves for nothing with a reported multi million signing on fee. I find it weird how trent bought Sterlings house and now he's he's doing something similar to him by having us over a barrel . when he was walking round the pitch on the last home game of last season when Jurgen left he was in full on tears as though he was leaving. Real could have done a number on him telling him they'd move for him last year then suddenly saying we can't do it now but wait till next year and you'll be free therefore earning a massive backhander.

Wouldn't it be great if it got played later in the season and we had carried on playing well topping the table and we could win the league at their place. bragging rights for ever.

How do you get tickets for an away game as they're almost impossible to get from the club. the way they're sold is stupid cos all it does is move their availability over to the touts.

I find it laughable that trent went and bought Sterlings house . maybe it's something in the air at jodrell bank where he lives that makes you turn on liverpool.

I wouldn't give him the satisfaction of being able to say " I didn't leave for nothing, they did get some money for me " cos that's why most supporters are cheesed off with him going. If we'd gotten a massive fee it wouldn't hurt as much, plus we could buy someone with the money brought in. I thought he was going last summer as when the team did their walk around the pitch after the last home game he was on his own crying at the very back. proper upset. Maybe he was going last year and it fell through, maybe not . we'll probably never know.
