Work horse. Stepped up this season but can become frustrated when others around him fail to step up.

The next captain for me and a must to tie down.

Has the ability within him but loses concentration and is out of position too much.

Perhaps this is due to a lack of a steady RB alongside him.

When he's injury free, in my opinion, there's no better keeper in world football. I know age and injuries seem to be catching him up but he still has the best all around game there is. It's going to be a sad day when he leaves.

He has had the odd brain fart moment over his Liverpool career but you can probably count them on one hand. The amount of times he's saved us (or even provided an assist or goal) means that any mistakes he has made are forgotten in an instant.

His distribution and his calmness with the ball at his feet are definite strengths (although he has made the odd poor decision to hold on to the ball too long or pass to an opposition player) His shot stopping is top notch, you rarely see him palm the ball in front of himself or to an opposing player, it's usually way away from goal.

Although during his time with us he's made some truly remarkable saves, he probably doesn't have a highlight real like someone like David De Gea for example mainly due to how good his positioning is. The only time I've seen him make more than 1 or 2 full length saves were against PSG away last season where he was far and away the best player on the pitch and it was purely down to him that kept us in that tie!

Whomever steps in to be the new No 1 over the coming years (Mama or someone else) We'll never feel as safe as we do with AB1 between the sticks.

The greatest CB in PL history bar none.

Has looked out of sorts this season - hopefully he regains this next season under new management and it isnt a sign of age.
