Apparently Luis Alberto is set to sign with Liverpool if Barcelona don't take up the chance to fully sign him themselves after a season on loan, however, it looks likely that he will be joining the reds unless Barca "activate a clause".

Numerous posts on twitter from users and from several newspapers, albeit the unreliable tabloids like the mirror and even an editor from the telegraph (a person), claiming that LFC have signed Iago Aspas for somewhere within the region of 7 million euros.
