Do you know if the new reports stating that Cissokho will be joining on loan are true eds?

I would think he's the most likely lb to sign given circumstances surrounding the others that we have been linked to {Ed001's Note - I only know we had talks, no idea what happened there, so I have to assume they are.}

Anyone else think that Ozi's move to Arsenal is being overrated? I know this doesn't have anything to do with us apart from the fact they will be a rival but imo he is the type of player they least need.

They have Cazorla, Rosicky, Ramsey for that role and creating chances isn't their problem really. A couple of additions in defence/a solid midfielder and another forward were surely what they needed more

You sometimes have to pay slightly more than you want for the players you want. IF and I say if as it could all be made up drivel as often is the case, we do get outbid by spurs as we are willing to pay 26 million as opposed to 30 million then that just is embarrassing.

Whether he is worth 30m or not, we obviously think he is worth 26m if the stories are true. 4m really is not that much when you are paying a high fee anyway (for a player you think is worth 26m). City, United and now Spurs don't mess about like we do. we have consistently made ourselves out to be a laughing stock, like with Dempsey where we wouldn't even budge a million or 2 to make what was then, a desperately needed signing, although it turned out to be a blessing in disguise I guess but the principle still applies.

Eds, other than Costa are there any forwards that you know we are looking at?

Names such as Martinez and Yilmaz get thrown about but we know that these have little substance behind them.

Thanks {Ed002's Note - Both are potentially available but at very significant prices. Right now the interest is in Costa.}
