This is for all those who want BR to be sacked.ED'02 has given a brilliant response to my question regarding BR and the owners.

{Ed002's Note - (1) I think it was a mistake keeping BR on, but they have invested a lot in the way he wants to play the game and I guess this is the last chance saloon. They made the decision early in the summer that they would keep him rejecting the opportunity to look at the option proposed. More recently they have taken the opportunity to take advice from someone who is an employed manager. If they do end up parting company they will certainly listen to what he has to say. (2) 2017 sees the first real return from the new television money and now that the proposal for an early pan-European breakaway has been voted down (3 for, 14 against and 2 no shows), 2017 would be the time to sell at a profit if success still eludes the club. (3) The owners cannot keep throwing money at players whilst relying on future income - it makes no sense - and yet again the FFP balloon is ready to burst. It is a nonsense to have ejaculated these vast amounts of money over the past three years with zip to show for it. They have attempted to buy the league and failed - you have to draw a line across. (4) Right now BR is the manager for the season, losing at the weekend did not change that. After that I don't know as it depends how it pans out - they won't be keen to change mid-season but will deal with it if they must.}

Thanks for posting and replying to my question ED'02.

PL, all Ed said regarding BR was they chose to keep him because they had invested too much in him and his players and NOT because they felt he was competent enuff to turn it around but they are willing to take the chance on him again. Had they taken the option proposed to them who ever that was and chose to cut their losses, BR would have been sacked. FSG have failed themselves and they are in too deep to pull out now. Besides don't think for one second that they won't sack BR mid season if they thought he deserved it.

Wonder if that employed manager could be Klinsman?

3.) 02 Sep 2015 01:12:28
If that option was Klinsman then might as well keep BR

4.) 02 Sep 2015 05:30:31
Hi Eds002, with respect to the above post quoting you, if the club is put up for sale in 2017, what do you think will be the minimum purchase price to cover the gaping abyss of debt we've accrued thus far?

{Ed002's Note - You cannot equate the two.}

5.) 02 Sep 2015 08:31:10
Thanks for thet PL Fan and Ed002. My question to Ed002 is, do you see them selling in 2017? Are steps being take at this stage?

{Ed002's Note - I think it will be entirely dependent on the success the club obtain on field.}

6.) 02 Sep 2015 10:07:58
Hi Ed002,

You say that it is dependent on the success of the club on the field, do you mean that if things don't improve they will cut their losses and get out, or if things do improve they think they can make a profit and get out?

Essentially I was just wondering if the club being put up for sale is dependent on the team performing well or poorly?

I for one am not going to start calling for the owners' heads just wondering.

Cheers in advance

{Ed002's Note - If they are getting success on the field then they will look to build the business for the long term - but they will be aware (a) you cannot sustain the level of investment they have made with no on field success, and (b) that at some point there will be a breakaway league that will have a significant impact on the European game.

They will also be aware that buyers for clubs the value of Liverpool are few and far between.}

Respected ED'01,

Hope you're in a good mood sir even after Ron and Mighty Red being a total pain in the backside.I just have a few question sir.Here it goes:-

1)How long will the owners put up with this dross??

2) You said that the site is monitored by LFC and many others of such kind,

Where do the information go sir??? To the owners or Ian or BR and his staff?

This is for Ron and Mighty Red,guys since we played them today,i'm going to enlighten you guys with something.

- (March 22nd 2015) LFC 1-2 UNITED

- ARSENAL 4-1 LFC

- BLACKBURN 0-1 LFC

- LFC 2-0 NEWCASTLE

- ASTON VILLA 2-1 LFC

- WEST BROM 0-0 LFC

- HULL 1-0 LFC

- LFC 2-1 QPR

- CHELSEA 1-1 LFC

- LFC 1-3 PALACE

- STOKE 6-1 LFC

- STOKE 0-1 LFC

- LFC 1-0 BOURNEMOUTH

- ARSENAL 0-0 LFC

- LFC 0-3 WEST HAM

- UNITED 3-1 LFC

W-5
D-3
L-8

*GOALS FOR -14 GOALS AGAINST - 26

* good OF -12

Now our wins came against a championship side(Blackburn),against a Newcastle team managed at that time by the self professed best manager in the PL John Carver,relegated QPR,fluke wins against Stoke and Bournemouth.

Two scoreless draws against West Brom and Arsenal.We didn't deserve both the results and especially should have lost to Arsenal.A 1-1 with Chelsea after they had already won the title.

Now to the losses,United outplayed us,Arsenal absolutely destroyed us at Emirates,embarrassed the club and it's fans against Villa,Palace and especially Stoke(worst loss in 50+years,in between we lost to relegated Hull City,coming to this season two embarrassing losses against West Ham(won after 52 years at Anfield) and United 3 times straight(conceded 8 and scored 1)

So in conclusion,I want both of you to reply to these facts and not my opinion.This continued for months now and will keep going until your hero BR is our manager.

I request to the ED to please post it if he can't reply as I have put lot of effort into this.Thanks for airing my frustration.

Cheers

{Ed001's Note - there is nothing wrong with Ron, I disagree with him on a lot of issues but there is nothing wrong with that. I don't know Mighty Red to find him a pain.
1. They will give him until Christmas, in my opinion, though it is just one man in charge, so it is very difficult to be sure. Mike Gordon might lose patience at any time and just say enough is enough, but I think he has made the decision to give Rodgers every possible chance to recover.
2. FSG employ people to look at sites like this and report back to them.}

I appreciate your concern regarding the well being of the club Jamesy,but as Ed'02 eluded to in his posts earlier that FSG are not interested in a mid season switch unless it is necessary.

Unless we are near the relegation zone during Christmas,I can't see a change because FSG have spent a lot of money again this season to play the way BR wants so I guess they'll continue.

Even if we do sack BR,Klopp is not going to become manager as people are dreaming of after what he has said today.

Again I'm not supporting BR,but after hearing out Ed 01 and 02 BR will remain for at least one season.

Thanks for replying ED'02.What you said is the same thing I also wanted to convey. Klopp's future is entirely unrelated to LFC.I would just like to say that you are a really patient person and I respect you for sir.This the same question repeated again and again and again but you always answer them.

{Ed002's Note - You are welcome.}

Hey ED'02,

I know when the time is right you'll tell us the clubs Klopp is in talks with and then I guess people will understand the level of clubs he is considering for his next job and stop bothering you with this topic.

Thanks if this posted.

Cheers

{Ed002's Note - It is nothing to do with Liverpool.}

Hey ED'02,

We have all heard what ED'01 thinks about BR and his position.If you have the time sir could you please enlighten me and all the other posters about his position.

I have checked what you have to say about the owners.You said they might sell the club in 2017 and get a good value.Also you mentioned that this is the last roll of the dice for them.Do you think if results don't go our way under BR will they change him or he will stay on till they sell the club???

Thanks if this is posted and replied to sir.
