Hi Eds and reds
Just read that burnley are set for a windfall if Danny Ings starts for England tonight. Is this going to be due to the tribunal setting a higher fee due to the player having an international cap or have I missed something here?
{Ed002's Note - The tribunal will certainly take it in to account when they come up with a figure. Liverpool upped their off and the club and Burnley were only a couple of £M apart - I really don't understand why Liverpool didn't bite the bullet and get this done.}

A good manager will do the best job with tools he has to work with. BR has left RL on the bench all season while the team struggled for goals with a midfielder up top. A top manager/coach would have been able to set up a side to get the best from the strike force available. Pochetino managed to get 15 goals from RL at Southampton with arguably an inferior team around him as I believe any decent manager would.

Analyticaly objective is a great point. I find some of the more reasoned posts worth reading and often offer insight. Unfortunately there are in the minority.

Any association can only have a maximum of 5 teams. I think if an English team outside of the top 4 win both the champions and europa league only the top 3 would qualify.
