Hi eds. Just wondering if klopp has had any new specs scouted? Or has he taken Specsavers to a chippy in Blackpool? Looking a bit empty up top and am hoping for an imminent signing.

I miss the days when Klopp would go ape after a Liverpool goal, wasn’t it at Norwich where he broke a pair of specs after a late winner?
He broke 2 or 3 pairs inside a couple of weeks. Class.

Yeah it was the 5-4 Norwich game. Brilliant moment in the Klopp LFC archive. Was it Lallana who scored or Lallana who knocked his glasses off either way a great memory.

Yeah, agreed Juicer. Used to be great to watch, and pumped up all watchers, for sure. But the media never liked it and always pointed it out as some "foreign" behaviour totally inappropriate for the "British" game. Not subdued enough. He's brought it down considerably. Shame if you can't show your passion for the game.

Ed001 I’ve literally just watched it back. Still gives me goosebumps. It was indeed Lallana who scored and jumped into Klopp. It showed it from 3 different angles and the last angle of Klopp actually shows him charging out of the dugout celebrating and running towards Lallana. He’s actually waving Lallana to him to celebrate as he’s running. Benteke jumps over the top and it’s actually him who knocks Klopps glasses off with his hand. He def wouldn’t have meant it as he missed the target all season and while going for Klopps glasses he would have probably hit his knee instead.
