Buzzing for next season already!

Fingers crossed we'll have Gomez, Ox, and Brewster available from the start. That's as good as 3 new signing for me! Proven quality and a hit of exciting youth. May even have Wilson in and around the team too.

Don't think we need a big summer for transfers at all, a few will leave and a little bit of depth needed.

Bring on next year!

Agree with that. but the great sides always look to strengthen when at the top otherwise you will see your competitors overtake you.

Wan Bissaka and Sessegnon would be great but don’t know if we could get either or both.

Not sure about Sessegnon, but if Wan Bissaka becomes available we should go all out to try and persuade him to join us. He will have plenty of suitors that's for sure.

{Ed002's Note - Wan-Bissaka is not a player Liverpool has shown any interest in and sure as hell won't be moving to sit on Liverpool's bench. Sessegnon is different in that Liverpool were interested prior to Robertson joining, and he is capable of providing cover on the left-hand side - he struggled to step up the the premier league but he will be moving this summer and it would not be a surprise to see Liverpool look to him again. Spurs, who Sessegnon has identified as the club he wants to play for, and Borussia Dortmund are interested.}

Tommy Gun I agree, think we should go all out for Wan Bissaka to play/ rotate with Arnold who can be slowly be integrated into midfield. Ryan Sessegnon can provide cover for both Robertson and Mane so would get plenty of game time. 3rd signing I would go for is Julian Brandt to play the 10 role but also provide cover for the front 3.

Sessegnon would be a good shout as our fullbacks are particularly important in our attack, and as mentioned he can add cover for Mane.

Ed you mention we may look amd Sessegnon again. Do you have any more info on what the chances are that we will go for him. Is he seen as a plan B if we don't get our target or even if he is seen as the plan A?

{Ed002's Note - I really have no idea what you are talking about and I cannot be expected to answer this.}

I don't know what you did not understand? Is he a target and if so is he seen as priority or is he a plan B if we are not able to get our first choice target for LB?

{Ed002's Note - RTP.

Sessegnon makes sense. For the past three years, we've signed a player from a club that got relegated. I can't see anyone else that qualifies and would be good enough.

Surely it's now become a tradition for us.

{Ed002's Note - No it is not a traditions, and the kid wants to play for Spurs.}

Martolfc, chill out man and stop badgering the Ed. Ed02 said that Seesegnon (since we were interested in him before Fulham got promoted) MAY look to him again. The word MAY tells you that it is something we could look to pursue if the opportunity arises. There is NO certainty about it hence, Asking the Ed or anyone else whether he is a target, what the chances we have of signing him if our first choice (whoever that is cos no one knows) or plan B, is he a priority etc., makes little sense at this point. Chill out and watch what happens.

Deli ali wanted to play for us, doesn't mean that sessegnon will definitely go to spurs. We have progressed above spurs now too, by quite a way, since sessegnon was tipped to join spurs.

I think he would be an excellent signing, being able to play in multiple positions is something klopp likes. If fulham go down, which they will i think, then young ryan will want to leave. Spurs or liverpool, dortmund. If it was me id choose liverpool speaking objectively. Although he would probably get more game time at the other clubs.

Robertson has so much potential, i think he can become a liverpool legend. Does he need stiffer competition? Or is rivalry going to slow down his progression?

{Ed002's Note - It has nothing to do with Alli. Fulham have already been relegated.}

I’m not saying he’s not a good player and I haven’t watched every Fulham game by any means but what I have seen of sessegnon this season I’ve been really disappointed. Both Palace full backs seem to have had fairly decent seasons. Are there many full backs highly rated in the championship at the moment at all? And is there any interest in Chiswell Anymore from Leicester if there ever was any.

{Ed001's Note - there was interest, Leicester valued him higher than we did and that was the end of it.}

No, i know ed02. My point was that players don't always end up joining the team they want to. I know there are different reasons for this. I believe the deli ali deal was almost done, but the chairman wouldn't front 8 mil.

Spurs were probably better than us last season or the season before, when sessegnon was tipped to join spurs. He is a young lad, lives in london, probably has for most of his life. And that might be why he favours spurs. But, people mature and liverpool have totally over taken spurs now. I think the kid should come to us.

I didn't know fulham were relegated. Amazing considering the money they spent. I like shurrle, i think he is versatile and can cover multiple positions. German too.

{Ed002's Note - Spurs want to buy him, Fulham want to sell him and he wants to play for Spurs. If Liverpool want to change that then they need to approach Fulham; they haven't.}
