Dutch champions Feyenoord are interested in Nat Phillips, who is valued by #LFC at around £10m. Per the Athletic-Pierce.

{Ed002's Note - Then Liverpool should look to a deal for Lutsharel Geertruida.}

Is that purely your recommendation Ed, or is there interest?

{Ed002's Note - It would be a recommendation.}

Interesting one Ed002 - I like him. But thought you were of the opinion we should blood in the youngsters. Would your thinking be to put TAA in midfield then?

{Ed002's Note - He is a very good RB and Liverpool have been adding MF players and may well yet add another - it starts being difficult to see where they all fit.}

I thought he's off to RB Leipzig?

{Ed002's Note - No, they are one of the interested sides but there has been no agreement yet.}

Ed02, what's this Lutsharel Geertruida fella like? Is he a CB or a midfielder? Thansk, man.

{Ed002's Note - He is very vesatile and can play CB, RB and DM.}

"{Ed002's Note - He is a very accomplished CB as well - and has partnered van Dijk. He would be an option to Pavard if TAA is to move to midfield (assuming there is space) . }".

Never mind, Ed02. thanks.

Great recommendation Ed002. Hope there is someone in Liverpool scouting team who has your opinion. In comparison to Jurrien Timber, Lutsharel created more chances, has higher pass completion rate and better defensive stats. And most importantly versatile.

Ed002, would you prioritise Geertruida over Hancko? Is it Geertruida's versatility, age or potential that leads you to that view?

Genuinely interested as I hadn't heard of either of them until you have mentioned them in the last few days and I'm always excited for us to find those (relatively) undiscovered gems.

{Ed002's Note - I am not aware of any Liverpool interest in Hancko.}

Is Bradley likely to get a season-long loan in the championship then?

Good recommendation Ed002.
I think buy him, and then another dm and we will be good.
Maybe perhaps another left sided CB.

Then we can sell Thiago and Matip (not to mention Philips) .

Ed002, who would be your recommendation for DM?

{Ed002's Note - Unless Liverpool are going to suddenly change direction and sell Fabinho it is hard to see the need for an out and out DM like Lavia or Florentino Luis. The need for a CM/DM or DM/CM player like Thuram may be more sensible - but that option may well have gone. Manu Kouadio Kone may yet provide a solution but for me Teun Koopmeiners of Atalanta might provide a solution who could drop right in to the side and realistically for me - thinking about next summer and a greater need for a DM Alan Verela of Boca Juniors would be an asture signing.}

Ed have you watched a lot of these players, or are these recommendations of your connections?

{Ed002's Note - Largely these are players others who I know well are looking to focus on.}

Hi, first time poster long time reader from Sweden. I read somewhere that Geertruida is getting close to an agreement with RB Leipzig and van de Ven Tottenham bound, the options for LFC is getting fewer by the minute, do you think it would be possible to repair relations with Sporting or is it in your opinion mission impossible? Think Inacio would be a great addition to the defense.

{Ed002's Note - There is interest from RBL but also Barcelona. Van dear ven is in talks with Spurs as you mention. Liverpool have perhaps left it too late to patch up the relationship but do have the opportunity to simply pay the buy out clause - but that is not as simple in Iberia as it is elsewhere and could cost an additional 50% on the fee if they cannot agree a better deal with Sporting.}
