Hi Eds!
Has how transfers been done changed since Klopps arrivals? I mean with the old transfer committee. Only asking because I was reading a post on the Liverpool echo and they mentioned Klopp wanted him during his time at Dortmund. Does Klopp now have the final say or is it still down to the transfer committee?

No manager has ever had a player forced on him by anyone at the club since FSG took over. BR only mentioned the TC as cover up for his incompetence and blunders and huge lack of results.
