I don't post here too much anymore but I would just like to voice an opinion since my pillow doesn't talk back. I'm Northern Irish so I have a certain bias towards Rodgers in that I am happy to see fellow countrymen do well in whatever they are doing. However it is well beyond that now and he is really just arsing everything up. One thing I can't understand is why he can't revert to a high workrate press game with two holding midfielders. Is it because he does not have enough knowledge in coaching and tactics or really just too much pride? If it's pride then he has no place being a manager. Part of management is at least knowing when you've made a mistake, nevermind knowing how to improve on it. I would love to see a game where we only play two central midfielders, for example Lucas and Henderson in the middle and Sterling and Markovic out wide, with Lallana behind Lambert. I keep seeing the teamsheet and knowing it just isn't balanced. I'm not a football manager, I don't have qualifications, but I can see it doesn't work. We make average sides look excellent! Why does he persist? I'm sure he knows he is gone so why wouldn't he even try to revert back to how we played last season? It looks like he is devoid of balls. I watch us play and I get so frustrated at how little flex he shows. It is pathetic how he is going down without even a whimper. Anyway, I would like to say I feel better after venting but honestly I still feel the same!

We should definitely sign that giant bug that landed on James Rodriguez. Looks like it could do a job for us at right back ahead of Glen Johnson.

I know a guy who works in the best pâtisserie in Liverpool and he has just told me they received an order from a "Mr. Rodgers". The order is to make a giant Bugatti shaped pastry with "Welcome to Liverpool Football Club" written over it in red icing. Surely this means Toure to Liverpool? He would be an excellent addition in my opinion.

Got up at 6 today. Feels like a ritual now, wake up, stick a few bets on and wait impatiently for the Sunday game. Aaraghgh, it's only 10am! What do you lads do in the build up?

Why in the absolute **** would we bring in another forward/winger?
Markovic has been excellent, but I do think Sunderland have been poor all over. Let's just hope we get a few more goals.
Borini is the most mobile forward we have right now. Think about it, it's an away game. Do you really want Lambert or Balotelli up there with very little movement?
I think he will be exposed if he comes into the team and we're playing the same way because he's not overly quick. I don't envy any defender in our team currently. It's a shambles and it makes them look worse than they are.
I don't think it's about losing face. They are businessmen first and foremost, they are ruthless for a living. I think it really is about investigating the process and why it has failed, and then finding the right setup. If you pull everything out now then it may go even more tits up. At least with Rodgers they are guaranteed a solid mid table finish.
We should know by now that the team selection is going to be a bit of a farce every game. No one knows what's going on in his head, only that he's being a balloon.
