Hello everyone
Was wondering who the fans thought would be a good Kenny Lala alternative to compete with Trent? Wbu Eds?

Have a good one!

{Ed002's Note - Wbu indeed.}

I was personally thinking of Stefan Lainer of Salzburg as he is attacking-minded and has a good pass on him.

I think Wan-Bissaka is most people's first choice rotating with Trent and pushing him would be brilliant however Eds have already updated us on that. The ex Newcastle lad Kevin Mbabu or Pol Lirola are ones I've heard good things about. I'm sure the scouting will pull up another Robbo type bargain.

Without doubt, 100% the world cup star, kieran trippier should not be considered!

Matt Doherty could be a good shout as well if TAA's long term future is in midfield. Why not go for a premier league proven and high quality option like Doherty if KLopp intends to integrate TAA into the midfield very soon? TAA is young and we have seen him get injured a few times already this season, and having a proven RB ensures there is no drop off in quality in a position which is fundamental to add width to our game plan and allow our front 3 to flourish?
Instead of Moreno and MIlner/ Camacho as our fullbacks in domestic cup games, we can get Sessegnon and Doherty to rotate with Robbo and TAA and give the likes of Shaqiri and Origi a better platform to perform on instead of sticking them with average fullbacks to play with and then blaming them for sub par performances in the domestic cups when it is painfully obvious it is the lack of width that is making their jobs much more difficult.

I know I keep saying it but max Aaron’s of Norwich. The most goals and assists of any under 21 player in the championship and he’s a right back, he’s also played on the left too. Outstanding talent. Bed him in for a season then push Trent into cm.

I’m not even sure that we’ll sign a right back.
Gomez and Milner (if he stays) is good cover.
A left back, most certainly.
And that young lad from Bristol City sounds ideal there.
I think that’s what we could well do.

We have Adam lewis for left back too though maybe keep Milly as cover for both sides and see how Lewis gets on out on loan.

Lerchy I agree with you mate plus Aaron's wouldn't get done for pace. Whether Norwich would sell with them now coming up to the prem is doubtful. Farke is doing a great job there.
