I always try and be positive (unless I'm looking at a naked pic of Ed's 001) but I can't help but think if we'd only won 3 more games this season what could have been? Southampton away, City away and Swansea at home were proper heartbreakers, 3 games that on the day we should have won given how they panned out. That would have given us 7 more points and hope of glory. Shoulda woulda coulda I suppose. Furthermore I'm incredulous at how detractors of klopp get on the 'he's not a tactician' bandwagon! Excellent man management can only get you so far in football you need some tactical acumen to be successful. Please guys give klopp some time and judge him at the end of next season. We're supremely fortunate to have this guy at the the helm let's not be Arsenal.

True this mate, gives hope though that we are for the first time in years genuinely just behind or on par with the best teams/ squads in the league. With a couple new recruits and no major losses we should be genuine title contenders on multiple fronts next season instead of blind optimism.

Could add bournemouth as one as well! TBH think this is a mental part on the players. Is a small part luck, a bigger part focus and the right mentality. for example lallanas miss at city was a mental slip and should have been buried 11 out of 10 times and firmino had a one on one and hit it straight at the keeper.

The idea of naked pictures of ed01 existing in this universe disturbs me.

{Ed001's Note - you seem to have spelt excites incorrectly.....}

I'd add Spurs away and Utd away to that list too.

What ifs are always dangerous as you tend to overlook the games where we were lucky to gain points.

My ambition for next season is to consolidate top 4 whilst competing on multiple fronts. If we manage that then hopefully we have a proper crack at the title in 18/ 19.

At Arsenal he would have got the same treatment as Wenger is having atm. He is fortunate to be with Liverpool where he could play the card ". I need more time. "
No top club would even consider that excuse.
If city fails to win the title next season they will sack one of the biggest managers in the game!

If Sunderland won all their games, they'd be top of the league.

Pep is not that big, he's a little fella.
