After extensive talks, Jurgen Klopp has informed Mario Gotze that he will 100% bring him to Liverpool in the summer. Passing a rumor.

My name is Lorenzo Insigne

{Ed033's Note - Passing a rumour, is preferable to passing something else.

1.) 14 Apr 2017 17:15:50
Lorenzo, you're saying we've tapped him up then?

2.) 14 Apr 2017 18:42:49
Wonder how he will pass a medical, probably will use the same doctorwho passed Sturridge when he signed a new contract.

3.) 14 Apr 2017 19:04:25
I don't know mate. Someone passed this rumor and I posted on the site.

4.) 14 Apr 2017 19:03:52
Harry, I need the stuff you are smoking. You can light it for me too.

5.) 14 Apr 2017 22:55:09
Passing a ball to a team-mate (not the goalkeeper) is even better.

6.) 14 Apr 2017 23:58:27
Bring him to Liverpool for a plate of scouse and then send him back again when his holiday is over.

7.) 15 Apr 2017 05:05:56
We are so brutal on this site, like sharks circling prey.

8.) 15 Apr 2017 06:00:40
hasn't he retired or something for health reasons?

9.) 18 Apr 2017 19:44:45
Goetze is ill and no one even knows if he will play again when he recovers so please, stop passing whatever it is you are given, Harry. It smells funny.

25 Mar 2017 17:05:54
Barcelona are talking to Coutinho's agent over a potential move in the summer.

My name is Lorenzo Insigne

1.) 25 Mar 2017 17:41:15
This move is just a matter of time. I think it would take 60 million. It may depend on champions league football whether it's this summer or the summer after, i hope he stays another season, has a belter and sticks 20 million on his price tag then we get max Meyer as a replacement. Or neymar wants to play with coutinho that badly he joins the pool. He does on FIFA.

2.) 25 Mar 2017 17:43:23
I noticed that the big contract renewal that couts signed doesn't kick in till the 1st of July so if he were to go to Barcelona we wouldn't be paying the muted 200k a week for very long. I only mention it because we did something very similar with Suarez just before we moved him on, preparing to get as much money as possible?

3.) 25 Mar 2017 18:21:13
Why do Barcelona want to sign Coutinho's agent? 😄.

4.) 25 Mar 2017 18:32:40
Selling Coutinho for 60m when u see what is paid for other players the last couple years would be a disgrace. If Martial is worth 80m euro, or higuain at 29 is worth 90m euro, we should be looking at 3 digits to even consider it. doesn't help with money if u can't replace the player with similar quality.

5.) 25 Mar 2017 18:35:29
Who sais they are in talks please?

6.) 25 Mar 2017 18:41:25
If he goes then as long as the club get as much as possible and buy of equal or better quality then that's as much as we can hope for.

7.) 26 Mar 2017 03:14:04
Coutinho spotted speaking to Suarez and Neymar. Coutinho linked with Barcelona. who was the genius that wrote that one up. Everyone knows of previous interest from Barcelona. Whether they follow up on it or not given his recent form is another story.

8.) 26 Mar 2017 03:19:40
If we can get around 60 million for Coutinho, then the club could replace him with 2 quality players in Brandt and Dembele without spending any extra cash. That will do for me. Enough money would thus be available to sign 2 fullbacks and a CB.

9.) 26 Mar 2017 08:17:13
If LFC get 60m for him then every possible replacement will suddenly cost 60m as well same as the Andy Carroll situation. Replcement would need to be done before Coutinho deal confirmed.

10.) 26 Mar 2017 08:50:41
James Rodriguez as replacement?

11.) 26 Mar 2017 09:57:06
Aren't Barcelona supposed to be a bit skint?

{Ed002's Note - Barcelona need to sell to buy and that is what they are planning.}

12.) 26 Mar 2017 10:01:40
I really hope it is not James Rodriguez who replaces Couts. Not suited to the pace of the BPL and plays in a position that is non existent in Klopp's current system. Utter waste of money if that happens.

13.) 26 Mar 2017 11:00:22
Would absolutely love it if we could replace coutinho with insigne on the left.

14.) 26 Mar 2017 11:48:13
I'd hope we get a lot more than £60m.

15.) 26 Mar 2017 15:57:42
I see a lot of these rumours today about Ivan Rakitic plus some money to Liverpool for Coutinho. To be honest, I don't recall many player plus money, for player trades, but we always see a lot of these rumours around the transfer windows. Do this stuff ever happen?

{Ed002's Note - It will be one rumour posted in several places in all probability.

Players do occasionally get included as part of a transfer and it is often the case will offer several different players as an option, see what response the other side says and then talk to the player.}

16.) 26 Mar 2017 16:38:32
Rakitic turned 29 recently, I'd be suprised if we entertained Barcelona trying to offset coutinhos price with him. I'm sure there are a few players we might like though perhaps rafinha?

17.) 26 Mar 2017 16:47:21
If they do take coutinho, what they going to do with Rafinha. Can we have him pretty please.

{Ed002's Note - Try the Barcelona page.}

15 Apr 2017 10:30:39
We missed a trick in not going for kolasnic.

My name is Lorenzo Insigne

1.) 15 Apr 2017 11:17:45
Not convinced. He wouldn't come here to be backup to Millner, and this is what we need for next year - a rotation alternative. James is a good fit for the Klopp system, which relies heavily on offensive fullbacks. I read that Kolasinac has greatly improved his offensive play, but I do not know if this is true.

2.) 15 Apr 2017 12:31:23
Drigan could you please explain to me how Milner is a good fit for Klopp's attacking system? He has to cut back onto his right foot every single time he wants to cross the ball which invariable slows down our attacking play and allows opposition defences to get themselves into place to defend any delivery into the box. Milner is a stopgap until we find a long-term solution - he has done better than expected and proved many (including me) wrong about his ability to play left-back - but he is a stopgap and is ultimately not the answer to this problem position.

3.) 15 Apr 2017 14:47:53
Sessegnon and Periera are the full backs that Klopp wants.

4.) 15 Apr 2017 14:59:43
Not sure Kolasinac is what Klopp wanted as fullback cos Ed02said we were interested in him. Klopp would know more about him than anyone here as he had to deal with him during the German version of the Merseyside Derby in BVB v Schalke.

There are other LB's out there especially if Klopp does not think Kolasinac is good offensively which is CRITICAL in Klopp's system cos they provide width and quality from the flanks, something I don't think Kolasinac is that good at yet.

I do agree that Milner although more than solid for us this season, is NOT the answer going into next season so an LB suitable for our system is a MUST.

5.) 16 Apr 2017 07:26:28
Milner having to cut back in probably does fit because that is not unusual for a Klopp team's wide players.

20 Mar 2017 10:26:10
So UTD have two games in hand and if they win both of them they go above us.

My name is Lorenzo Insigne

1.) 20 Mar 2017 10:38:05
Is that how it works? Thanks for clearing that up 😊.

2.) 20 Mar 2017 10:55:15
first time poster. im not concerned the teams below us. Utd will drop points. Maureen has lost his vibe. He has the best 22 man squad in the league and he still complains. Everton don't have the experience. Arsenal have imploded. we just have to take each game at a time and focus on our opponents. im more concerned about Stoke and Westbrom.

3.) 20 Mar 2017 11:30:08
Don't see how they can possibly beat city but knowing mourinho it will be one nil in of the refs arse.

4.) 20 Mar 2017 12:46:22
We should not worry about other teams we just need to do are job.

5.) 20 Mar 2017 14:40:02
Agree Matip - we win most our games from here in and we should make top 4, we just need to get back to pre-Christmas form in terms of putting away the bottom half sides.

6.) 20 Mar 2017 14:45:05
City, Arsenal, Spurs, Chelsea, Everton all to face united. We've faced them all. Our run in on Paper is the easiest out of all the top 7 clubs, they'll take points off each other, as long as we hit 2 points average per game we should make top 4 easily. Just hve to avoid complacency.

7.) 20 Mar 2017 23:29:48
such a cool way to end the season. the teams around us all have big games against each other coming up so someone will be dropping points. and then we have our everest to overcome over the final 10 games - playing team outside the top 6! very fitting I think, and would be a great way for us to make the top 4 if we can dominate the rest of our schedule.

8.) 20 Mar 2017 23:30:35
It depends if they play their games in hand before our next game.

NB - they don't.

9.) 21 Mar 2017 10:47:22
Their two games in hand are on the road vs City and Saints so be rest assured that Mou will employ Tony Pulis tactics of a back 6 in both games hoping the ref will help him out as they have been want to often this season. Good luck with that, Mou. But seriously, teams below us are no longer our problem until they are above us so top 4 is up to us now and no one else. Full focus should be on the Everton game and NOTHING more.

18 Mar 2017 14:06:04
As usual Ed02 is correct in his prediction. Claimed 2-1 to West brom 😄.

2.) 18 Mar 2017 15:05:37
Harry's new name.

3.) 18 Mar 2017 15:51:21
Lovely nose dive anyway. 9.5/ 10. But most important, as said before- takes the pressure right out of our game tomorrow. Think both teams will be happy with a draw. 1-1 is my bet.

4.) 18 Mar 2017 18:34:47
Not Harry. Harry only ever refers to Ed002 as 'the boss'.

{Ed033's Note - My name is Lorenzo Insigne is the latest Harry alter ego.

5.) 18 Mar 2017 23:56:22
Adam, he refers to Ed001 as 'boss' not Ed002. He calls Ed002 another name, but only in private.

I would be over the moon if we could get Guierrerro. He was outstanding against Monaco yesterday. Keita, Well he is truly a Kante. Fosberg reminds me of Errikson. These three players will take us to the next level.

Can will be replaced going forward and I truly expect Keita or another midfielder to stamp his authority in the most fragile midfield in the league. Not sure what is Can good at if not using his upper body to penetrate players. His passing is dreadful in the first place hence he doesn't sit deep.

Pressing is running and Can is guilty of slowing the game down coz he doesn't gets his heads up in time to pick the players who has moved on to the space that creates itself when we counter.

He is ridiculously overrated! Brought to replace Lucas and now play alongside Lucas! Makes two rash challenges every game one he gets away and one he gets a booking. He must be in the top of the list ( Most yellow cards for stupid fouls by any midfielder after Garett Barry )

If you want to talk about class midfielders then talk about the likes of Vidal, Thiago, Modric, Herrera, Kante etc.

I don't know why people are so convinced and confident on Wilson getting chances next season. We are looking at wingers and if anything Wilson should have proved Klopp against this move this season. The extra games people mention every hour are CL games which are significant steps for the club and I don't see any youngsters even making the bench next season.

Agree on those names mentioned but we stand no chance of buying anyone of those names. I would take VDV over 10 Klavans or Lovrens.
