Klavan is injured so Matip and Lovren will play together, Sakho on the bench, Karius has been saying for the last week or so that he's fit to play but will not be picked due to fitness, everyone else are ok.

With Klavan injured and Gomez not fully fit I'd fully expect Sakho to be on the bench regardless of his issues with Klopp - not to have a suitable backup player available just because of some personal issues between player and manager would be simply foolish.

I'm sure other people are also following, but Klopp has said Can is not fit for the game but Mane is, and he's said Sakho needs to get back to fitness and will then be considered.
