Eds - anything in these rumblings online about Pepe Reina? Would seem like an odd one to me unless pan face was to be moved on. Personally I don't think we should ever have gotten rid of him in the first place.

He was wanting out of the club at first option. Thinks he is to big for the club so don't want them.

Would only make sense if Migs is sold. I don't know that having 2 keepers who want to be first choice is great when we have no euro footy next season. I know competition is good, but I'd prefer to see someone like Pepe who is happy to be back up and can pass on a wealth of experience.

This rumor is bullshit. Klopp is not an idiot and we don't need a backup keeper on super high wages. If Migs stays we will have that for 1 season, if he leaves we will replace him with a cheaper option or just not send Ward on loan. Reina is the solution to absolutely nothing.

Perhaps pep as back up/ challenge Kraus then become y2k coach n move ward up after season or 2 on loan, that would be cool, imo.
