Nice to see Spurs aiming high with their new stadium not penny pinching! There's will be bigger than ours too what a joke 65k minimum is what we need why are we spending so much money only doing half a job? I already read all the other stuff like what the eds have said about the stadium but seriously pay the extra to make it bigger now while we're actually doing it or end up with 58k forever and be behind arsenal Chelsea (who will go bigger soon) Spurs city and utd why bother going bigger but yet not as big as our competitors? Next Everton will go bigger than us too

Read ed001's comments about the stadium please. The initial expansion is 60k, beyond that the club and the council needs to improve rail and road links. This is being explored but realistically takes years due to the amount of planning, judicial reviews and financing etc.

It seems like we're trying to catch up (although not quite) when all the others are going to still be ahead of us surely we should be looking to get an advantage on them rather than catch up but still be behind

Aye up got a fellow courteeners fan there. I've read everything the eds have said and it comes down to money pay for the roads etc what I'm saying is pay it do all the nessasarys to make it 65k plus

It's not as simple as money.
You need infrastructure. It's a logistical nightmare.

Sam, there's a concept here that goes way beyond money that your not grasping mate.
If the work to improve the infrastructure is going on now, it may not even be too long after the work now is finished,
I'm no engineer but extending beyond 60K is not a simple money issue,
