Id like to see Sakho & Ilori as the CB partnership or even Sakho & Lovren.

I think he will start yes, if he is not in first 11 plans then he will be gone!

Eventually he ll make it. There would be enormous pressure on llori and lovern has been poor whole last season.

Skrtels played with hyypia,agger,carra and sakho always looked the worse person and.made the most mistakes with them.

Illori has been promised game time so you would assume next to sakho.
If he starts next to skrtle I'm switching off the telly, I'm not a big fan of horror shows.

Well hopefully and I'm just going on what ed001 said about o'Driscoll working on communication maybe skrtle can learn?? I am still all for illori and sakho but ave to look on the bright side ay.

Ed001 if you're about and don't mind answering. Will there be a big emphasis on improving English with foreign players then? Presumably if he sets up training sessions like you have said with communication being key that it would all have to be in English? Not sure how much of a problem this could be anyway as I have no idea how firmino or coutinho or iloris etc English actually is.

{Ed001's Note - players already have to speak English mate, so yes, one of the things that players are required to do is learn English.}

Ilori speaks flawless English, born in London, father is English.

Listen to him in interviews, wouldn't even be able to tell he is half Portuguese.

Fair enough well that's good to hear. I must say I didn't think the whole squad would be able to communicate in English certainly not a level to retain and transmit information quickly but hey ho, all the better as I said!

{Ed001's Note - if you live in a country and use the language in the main, you do start to think in it, at least that is what my parents tell me from their experience living in Spain. They use Spanish all the time and now having a conversation in English with them can be difficult, they slip in Spanish words all the time as they forget the English one. Some things I am sure will be missed out, the tiny little things that make jokes funny, for instance, but basic information should be fine.}
