Believe it's been lifted whilst Uefa go away and investigate further.

No they've decided not to ban further, doubt very much they could let him play at Euro 16 and then say oh, year ban. What if scored a winning header in the final or any game which eliminated another?

It was a 30 day provisional suspension. It's expired and not extended.
They've chosen not to extend it, which could be viewed as good news, however, they have yet to announce their ultimate decision.

The reports are stating no further ban is being taken and uefa are not going away to discuss about Sakho but to discuss weather its should be removed from the banned list which is likely it will with him being not banned any more.

How can anyone say likely or not likely at this stage? Sakhos's team submitted their evidence, now uefa go away and deliberate.

{Ed091's Note - the decision has been made.

So is he eligible to play football again or not, Ed?

{Ed091's Note - if he wanted to play today, he could, if he wanted to play tomorrow, he could, Tuesday? Maybe. Right now the 30 day provisional suspension is up, meaning he can technically play, uefa have made there decision whether to ban him or not, they will inform Liverpool shortly.

It seems absolutely ridiculous that UEFA have made a decision, have told everyone they've made a decision, but are waiting to tell everyone what the decision is?

Why are they grandstanding like this. If they've made a decision then announce it and stop acting like 8yr olds with a secret crush.
I don't understand the hold up.
