I hope it doesn't happen anytime soon, but theoretically if Klopp was to be sacked, who would you want in to replace him? I honestly can't think of anyone who could replace him and do the wonders he has with the current owners we have.

Has to be Pep, he deserves a chance.

FSG would need to be smoking the same stuff at Arsenal if they even thought about sacking Klopp.

There’s a reason why some of the best players in the world would consider coming to us, and it’s the same reason why we are attracting record amount of sponsorship and kit deals deals and over the last few years high end competition money for either winning them or finishing as runners up.

And that reason is Klopp.

I’m sure Fsg don’t want all of the above to end anytime soon.

{Ed014's Note - what are Arsenal smoking out of interest?

Ed014 a dealer never reveals their ingredients ?

It was said in jest mate from when they said it regarding the Suarez bid all them years ago. If they then go and sack Klopp they wouldn’t have a leg to stand on to throw them kind of comments about.

{Ed014's Note - ?? ok mate, no worries ??

Has to be pep? Is that a joke? Pep linders is no coach! A assistant maybe definitely not a LFC no1 he can stick to writing his books!

Pep too busy writing more books, the more he has to say the worse we become!

After 7/ 8 games of this season, and numbers of trophies won, u wrote Klopp off, and Pep deserves a chance?

How much chance you think you're going to give to Pep then? Ask yourself this question.

I’m certainly not saying Klopp should be going at all. He’s the only manager I have interest in managing the club. But if he ever did leave Pep deserves his chance at taking over.

Jones red get a grip man seriously linders failed miserably as a coach he’s a assistant at best!
Now stop this “IF” nonsense!

Why does pep deserve a chance? How did it go for him in his very short stint in charge?

A few bad results and some of you would want to throw the book at Lijnders.

Sorry Jones. I misunderstood your reply. But I disagree that Pep deserves a chance. I just want Klopp to stay, for as long as possible.

@Jay what is it that gets you worried about people who write books?

Who would you have appointed when Shanks retired? Certainly not anybody from the ‘boot room’ they would never have made the grade.

Only my opinion but I think we could suggest over a 100 managers and the argument against would be that they’ve not proven it at a high enough level as a manager and then there’s Pep who’s not proven it at any level as a manager but would be people who argue that facts first choice.

I’m sure FSG will lean massively into Klopp for his opinion when the sad day of him leaving does come, so if Klopp does think Pep is the man then FSG could follow that advice. But it’s a long way away yet and so much changes in football on a weekly basis.

If pep wants the job he needs to go prove himself and win titles in some major leagues. Would never happen but…. Jose Mourinho?

FSG ain’t sacking Klopp anytime soon despite some on Twitter. If he thinks he cannot push us any further then he will do what he did at Dortmund and leave in his own. FSG ain’t sweating it, IMO.

Now where he to leave on his own then, I would take Lijnders and pretty sure Klopp would recommend him too, like he recommended a certain Thomas Tuchel and fought for him to get the job when he left Dortmund BUT don’t let the Chelsea fans know that. They’ll lose their ship, for real.
