Reports in press saying Konate has passed a medical eds? Surely that is a load of crap, are players aloud to take medicals when transfer window is closed?

{Ed002's Note - Many clubs are working on transfers and medicals are taking place are clubs want to get agreements in place before the summer. I would think there is pretty much zero chance that Konate has had his Liverpool medical.}
