I haven't posted on here in a long time and I have my prom today. (Advice with the ladies ed?) But What do you think about Henderson and Gerrard's performances at the world cup and what do England need to do to beat the better teams at the tournament? Would a 4 1 3 2 work?

I don't need to remind you guys but West Ham will be tougher than Spurs. As they're my local team however, I want Liverpool to ensure that they don't completely destroy them but a 1-0 win is o.k. That being said, their full-backs are slow so Raheem and co. should exploit this weakness.

I am so scared for tomorrow. Has anyone got any methods for relieving stress? Sadly we could be playing brilliantly, but suddenly they score a lucky goal
and that could be enough to give them victory. Hopefully we score a few goals early on and hopefully we'll emerge victorious. YNWA

Just a question for everyone on this website, Have you been watching the Champions League for the last few years? In all honesty, I haven't seen a Champions League match in years because Liverpool haven't been playing!
