Question for the EDS or any posters out there that might know the answer. With Reina, Skrtel, Suso and possibly more all out on loan deals, can any or all of them be recalled if we were to get say long term injuries to say Mignolet or Toure, is this the idea behind the loan deals, if so it makes sense, if not it makes no sense at all and we would be better selling. {Ed001's Note - not as far as I am aware. Sales can only happen if someone is willing to buy them.}

Thanks EDS for doing a wonderful job on happy post day.
I would like to have a virtual group hug with all the EDs and Posters (only if there registered) some time today.

Just leaving for the game, God I love Anfield, butterflies all morning, should be a great occasion to honour in my opinion the best Liverpool player of all time. {Ed002's Note - Have a great time.}

RDL made a very interesting point as regards Alberto vs Tello stas in Barca B and then went on to say that Tello had far superior stats in his limited 1st team appearances in the Barca first 11, perhaps the reason for this is purely down to playing with better players despite the opposition also being better.
I alaways remember an old Liverpool pl;ayer (can't remember who? could of been Ian Rush) saying he found it near impossible to hit top form for the stiffs and played 100% better in the 1st team.
So all the knockers on the signing of Alberto, it's always possible and likely for a gifted player to be 100% better given 1st team football alongside better players.

If we can just win our first game of the season v Stoke 12.45 kick off. We can go top of the league:-)) at least until 5 o-clock.
