I think we had a very successful transfer window. Bought players early, and sold/ loaned necessary players. And this is just 1st transfer window for Klopp!

Lets just be glad we aren't doing business like Chelsea. David Luiz transfer, what a joke! 38 players out on loan with no prospect of first team football for Chelsea. Players like KDB and Lukaku did very well to escape their loan system.

Looking forward to the season!

Chiefscout, i agree with you. The buying back of Luiz and Matic really smell of someone who knows the FFP inside out and working on loop hole. They should really investigate Chelsea for these kinda buy back deals that make them look as if they are earning but not.

{Ed001's Note - seriously? You really are clueless if you think that is what happened. Matic was let go because it was felt he was too weak. He went away and bulked up and turned into a great player so they went and bought him for much more than they sold him for. It was in no way a device to pretend to be earning!

As for Luiz, he loved his time at Chelsea, wanted to come back, Chelsea staff all love him too and wanted him back, the manager wanted a versatile player who could play in a back 3 or back four or even as a defensive midfielder. So they went and got Luiz. It was more like us re-signing Fowler than any attempt to get round FFP rules.

It is quite clear that your knowledge of FFP rules is on a par with that of players in the K-League - non-existent.}
