Liverpool are apparently negotiating with Sporting for Rui Patricio.

Sporting are looking to buy Mario Felgueras

1.) Hmm. this one actually makes sense

2.) Very good Goalkeeper would be happy if true last I heard they wanted £12. 7M, perhaps a double deal on the cards with Ilori.

3.) I would think he would be a tad out of our price range, no?

4.) There was an abola article today that said Patricio's release clause is 40 million euros, BUT he could be obtained for 10 million, so he should be within range.

5.) This is exactly how it happened to me on FIFA13, pepe put in a transfer request and I ended up buying Rui. Weird.

why is it that this window (and last) liverpool's targets have been well known and in the papers? this is not how liverpool usually does business! {Ed030's Note - I am sure every clubs want's to keep there dealings behind the scenes but unfortunately that's not always possible. }

1.) If that wasnt the case. this site wouldn't exist lol

Almost every business has debt. If you were correct, the Allison purchase would not be possible. Your ramblings about debt are wrong. With all due respect, either provide substance to your thesis or stick to the transfer rumours and leave the finance side to those of us who can understand financial statements.

{Ed002's Note - You truly are the ultimate cretin Christos.}

Do poor clubs spend £60m on a keeper?

All the evidence shows the club has (or had before Allison) loads of cash. Noone has shown any contrary evidence.
£140m for Coutinho, £60m from last years CL., atleats Cs£40m from the coming CL.

{Ed001's Note - what the hell does any of it have to do with cash? You really are completely ignorant of the reality of business. Please just stop before you make even more of an arse of yourself than you already have. It is embarrassing reading your inane mumblings with no basis in reality due to your lack of any kind of understanding of business dealings. How do you not know what a loan is and why the club has such a huge amount of them owed?}

The club is nowhere near FFP problems. Further sales will only strengthen the position. This is the adventure of qualifying for and doing well in the Champions league. Selling Coutinho didn't hurt either.

Most of those points are irrelevant - such as debt. There is no debt problem. The Coutinho money is incoming not outgoing. Of course the club is compliant with FFP. It would take a Neymar like purchase to change that.
I guess we will wait and see.
If the club do make 2 big purchases in the next 6 months, I do expect to see some sort of statement of how little you guys understand of business finance. To claim that an extra £100+m in revenue won't effect the clubs recruitment is laughable.

{Ed001's Note - you really have no idea what you are talking about at all. This is embarrassing. Have you even considered the increase in the wages at all? No because you are wasting everyone's time with pure ignorance.}

I do understand finance. Have a masters in it. The Financial statements are easy to read. Perhaps you should take a look. The actual prize revenues from last season, and available for next are publicly available. Compare the seasons and the facts 1. The stadium isn't being redeveloped again, 2. We have CL revenues - last year substantially higher than what would've been expected and increased for next season, 3. Corporate revenues continue to increase.
How can anyone claim the club isn't cashed up, at least enough to buy 2 more players?

{Ed002's Note - You might want to give your "Masters" back. You clearly have no idea about the Liverpool finances. How much has Liverpool been paid for Coutinho? How much are Liverpool committed to pay for players purchased in the past? How much money is owed on the stadium? Are the wages compliant with FFP?}
