of course he is trying, that is such a nothing claim. You slate people for exaggerating then claim he was sat there for 10 minutes? I watch quite a bit of west ham as my dad supports them and every time I do he doesn't seem lazy to me for a team that doesn't use the genpress as heavily as us. Do you not think he is told to hold his position and stay forward to increase their chance creation in the final third? not every team presses and chases like Liverpool. Imagine how good he would be if he tried.
{Ed001's Note - if you say so. You clearly don't watch him off the ball nor do you know what his instructions are, which are not to hold forward, but to help cover the full backs. You don't half talk nonsense sometimes ED, Payet has created the 3rd most chances in the whole of Europe this season and constantly works off the ball, I bet the only bit of west ham you have seen this season is on 10 minute MOTD highlights -if you speak to west ham fans you will all hear them say he isn't struggling, he is the one bright spark, he has donkeys in front of him who cannot finish.
{Ed001's Note - if you say so, but all the West Ham fans, oh and a few of the coaching staff there too, that I have spoken to have all said he is not trying. You might want to check the West Ham site I have here, where the fans are moaning about him quite a bit. Or you could remove your head from your backside and watch the matches, like I have done, as see him sat on the floor complaining for ten minutes, like he did in their last match, after he lost the ball and making no attempt to get up and help out the defence he left exposed. It is not the first time he has done so. Perhaps you may only watch MOTD, but I don't, I never watch it, I hate highlights as they pick out whatever suits their agenda.}
