Any idea why no Shaqiri yet in preseason? When does he return? He could be very important in early season given the front three are returning late from various competitions.

Shaqiri got injured with Switzerland and is out for a while. I don't think he will be back until after the season starts.

Thanks - that’s a real shame, we’re looking very light on top quality forwards for the first 2-3 weeks of the season.

My pick would be to play Ox wide and hopefully Firmino can play through the middle and Origi left.

SGRed, Ox is nursing a calf problem as well. either way, not too worried cos we always find a way to get it done so I don't see how things will be diff.

Salah should be ready to start season, possibly bobby too. Also expect another forward signed to maybe play or else origi can. No major stress on my behalf.
