Waking up to the news that Gomez could need surgery as his injury is not healing as well as expected. This is terrible news if so. Do you have any more info on it please, the Echo say "could" need surgery, they are often wrong though so I'm hoping it will heal naturally on it's own and he is back in Feb?

Not only that lovren is also injured won't play a part in Monday's game at West ham, I can't believe why klopp never thought of signing a defensive player cos our defence is seriously made of glass.

Hailstones we have 4 centre backs mate and Fabs who can play there. Then the likes of Masterson and Philips as youngsters who could step in. We couldn’t of purchased another just to sit there as 5th or 6th choice mate?

We need to move on lovren and Matip with there injury records.

With Gomez least he got injured in a tackle lovren and Matip seem to get injured with no one around them all the time. We shouldn’t be needing to rely on our best defensive midfielder on form currently to step in at cb or a youngster in a title challenge.

Hailstones, stop blaming Klopp for something he cannot foresee obviously. You sound petulant. How could Klopp have known that Lovs would get a setback or Gomez may need surgery is a manager now a fortune teller? We have 4 CB's on deck. You don't sign another one (who knows if he is even good enuff) just cos 2 of them are injured for a month or two. If they come back healthy then you have 5 CB's and then what do you do then? Blow up the dressing room cos players are unhappy? That's not how footie works, bro.

We have injuries. Every team has them and are affected by them. Some teams can rise above them like we are or some teams can crumble under them. We are still getting points even tho we are deeply hampered by injuries and for the CB position, we have Fab who can step in and Milner can play RB till TAA comes back in a week or so. We'll be okay, man.

Hailstones Liverpool have 4 central defenders in their first team squad. Injuries are part of the game. Who would Klopp even sign in the January transfer window, that was an upgrade on what Liverpool already have.
Maybe in the summer when the top class players are available for transfer, Liverpool could upgrade their defence, but there is nobody currently available unless you fancy Gary Cahill lining up in defence.

Ok come back to me at the end of the season when we playing Henderson in defence mate or the young lad hoever, matip can't play 5 games in a row, lovren the same and is currently injured, Gomez might need surgery an even when he comes back is vulnerable and might not hit the ground running currently injured , Nat Phillips Injured an never played a premier league game in his life that leave us rite now with matip, van dijk, and fabihno as options are you telling me u feel secure with that too win the league, ok sound then good luck!
