Big game tomorrow. I love the FA Cup and am just a little concerned we may play a very weakend team against Wolves. I have said it a few times, Wolves are a good team and their boss Santo will likely play a strong team, why wouldn't he? Under the lights at Molineux they will be a hand full and want a statement win. The next game is always the biggest and momentum needs to be regained. Look at City, the team they put out today had changes but still had Sterling, Sane, Jesus, Edison, KDB, Walker all out there and they hit 7.

We need a strong core or it will be a home win tomorrow, Wolves are the best of the rest in the leauge so far and their first 11 will beat our kids and bench players every time. We loose tomorrow and it won't say this in brackets next to Liverpool's name (but to be fair to them they played some under 21s, some bench players and rested starters who never got on the pitch) . It will just say two defeats in a row, has the rot started to set in.

Let's not forget we haven't won anything in seven years, seven. We go in to tomorrow and don't play a strong 11 then the number of trophies availible could go from three to two. And those two are so so hard to win. We need to aim to win every trophy availible. We need a win tomorrow and we need the FA Cup.

Listen man, I myself really really want to win the FA cup. But Klopp has announced to the world that Mignolet and Moreno will be playing so clearly he is really not fussed at all. Wolves will be more up for it and probably win, sad as it is.

Wish people would stop comparing us to city all the time.

I was not comparing us to City. I was saying a weakend team will likely loose to a strong Wolves team. If you are offended by City, Spurs then, strong team played and they won, United strong team played and they won. Liecester strong team played and they won, oh hang on weakend significantly and lost, to Newport County. That's my point, trophies matter, you win them by playing your strongest team availible.

I'd also play a strong team but what do I know?

If there was a matter of two or three days between tomorrows game and a PL game then no, play a weak side and save the top lads for the PL game but we play Brighton on Saturday, strong teams both games for me.

Either way though, I see us winning tomorrow, if we don't we don't and move forward but I'd like to see us progress because I believe we can without a shadow of a doubt win the FA Cup.

OP, I don't care what other teams do or which lineups they play. I focus on my own team and what we are doing. The other clubs are playing their seasons out the way they think is right and don't care what we do so why should we put out a strong lineup with the amount of depth we have in the squad? Cos other teams did it? Or why should we play Salah tmrw? Cos Spurs played Harry Kane? Come on, man. Klopp rotated all thru Dec and we won NINE straight EPL games in Dec. (Best record in the PL) .

Btw, LC's idea of a weakened side is nothing compared to our "weakened side" side if you call the likes of Shaq, Studge, Keita, Fab (who may all play tmrw) a "weakened" team. You are treating footie like it is an exact science. It is NOT and never will be. Playing your strongest lineup does not and has never meant you will win a trophy. Nor has it ever meant that you won't. That is just a bunch of hogwash, really. Pls, stop putting unecessary pressure where there is NO need for it. Finaly, Can we just wait to see the lineup and who plays before people start guaranteeing a win for Wolves? I mean, is that too much to ask?

Weaker 11, still around 10 international players no doubt. I’d rest anyone seen as too important to be injured as the league has to be priority and not been in this position for a while.

Besides if we don’t play the likes of Moreno or Origi, some youth how will we know we can rely on them when needed. Shaqiri showed when used that he can cover the front line if required. Has Origi or Sturridge really shown that. Isn’t it better to know that Camacho or Hoever or Duncan are able? You’d rather try them next week at Brighton? Chelsea? Spurs? Wait until most are injured and have to play them increasing pressure?
I’d use the cups personally.

I wouldn't be opposed to a weakened line up something along the lines of: Mignolet/ Moreno-Lovren-Phillips or Masterson-TAA/ Fab-Keita-Shaq/ Origi-Sturridge-Lallana/ Youngster.

There is nothing between us and City. God I hope we get to play them again. In this cup or the ucl.

We are the better team. Our first 11 beats their first 11, just.
