Origi might be set for a few starts in the next few weeks according to some but could this not jsut be Klopp putting him in the shop window or is that to cynical?
I can't see him having a future at Liverpool even though I would prefer him over Sturridge as a impact sub.

I'm of the same opinion, I think Origi has something to offer but if a bid came in I reckon he'd be gone quite quickly. Hopefully we're wrong, I'd love to see him get more chances and see him impress enough to make Klopp and Co think hang on let's hold onto this lad'. Time will tell.

You don't play a player just to put them in the "shop window". They have to earn their place in the team. Imagine if we lost games while trying to give a certain player unwarranted game time.

I think Sturridge is more liable to be sold than Origi. Sturridge is clearly the better footballer, yes, but I'm basing my opinion on age and wages and future potential. Sturridge has reached his maximum level I feel, while Origi has not.

good shout ArA, I think that if Origi can bag a goal or two, he could become our 1st sub .

Spot on, IR. That notion is a bunch of nonsense that people esp. in the media just made up so they can look smart. It has never existed and never wil. As for Origi and his chances at LFC, This is what Origi said Klopp told him before coming on vs Everton, "Play the way you train". What does that tell me? It tells me that Origi tho having not played at all in the PL at least, he was always giving his all in training and never let his head drop. Never sulked nor thew a fit.

Klopp must have seen that and said, "I may need this kid to play a blinder for me here if he keeps working hard". Origi just kept working hard and it showed as soon as he came on with the chance he created, hitting the post and then being alive to The Anfield Flap and scoring.

Today vs Burnley, he may not have gotten opportunities to score but his movement and pace ran the defenders ragged and still offerred an assist as well. We are going to need him, Lovs, Matip and the whole squad this season so people need to get behind the team. YNWA!
