I was at the match last night so did not see Mo's reaction to scoring. Seen a few things online about him not celebrating. Is there anything in this at all. Is Mo still happy at the club?

Mo has not celebrated that much after his goals this season anyway. May be due to the issues he is having on the field (not really/ fully healthy yet hence, off form) and off the pitch (issues with his country's FA) . Remmember, people think that he or other players are not affected by the OTT bile being spouted about them, then people should think again. The guy is a beast of a player and even a better man. Nothing was easy for him in his life so he can handle it. He's a big boy.

Looks unhappy at the minute doesn't he. His forms on the way up anyway and I expect that'll cheer him up.

What's he to be happy about. A penalty and a spoofed shot.

The man sets himself standards. You ever done something right but not well.

I'm talking about him not my feelings toward him. 2 goals, good game, keep it up.

But for him. He will want another 40. Another crack at the champions leagy final, a premier league trophy. Hattricks and the levels he reached last year.

I would rather he had a sulk on after 2, shows he isn't settled and happy with that! Perfect attitude!

maybe it's just because he's humble.

I saw a steely eyed determination that gave me goose bumps. The guy is a force of nature who has set himself high standards.

People saying he is way off form but is well on the way to a 20+ season.

I don't think players are going to be wanting to leave any more. We are at the next level now. I can understand people wanting to leave when we are finishing 7th, 5th but that is over. Players will be hoping to stay.

Could it just be that Mo was just being cautious not to make himself a target by Red Stars supporters who alledgedelly weren't at Anfield for the game so how sporting of us Liverpool fans to raise a few dittys on behalf of the Red Star supporters who sadly couldn't make it the other night, maybe they might give the travelling Liverpool supporters a hearty welcome to Belgrade for being such a sporting bunch of chaps.

Scoring goals is what Mo does so why celebrate every goal with your hair on fire every time? Like someone said. "Act like you've been there before".

{Ed0333's Note - To be fair Salah’s hair does look like someone’s torched it so he probably doesn’t need to celebrate every goal with ‘his hair on fire everytime’. Let me offer my two cents opinion on Mo Salah and this downbeat demeanour, Andrea Bocelli can see he’s not the all conquering colossus of last season, I think this is due to the Egyptian FA still screwing with him as the issues still haven’t been cleared up there 100%. Furthermore he’s not hitting the heady heights of last season and it’s bothering him. What he’s producing now is elementarary and he knows he can play tonnes better so why celebrate mediocrity? I’m sure the smile will return and he starts brutalizing defenders again and I hope it’s tomorrow against Cardiff because I’m going. So let’s just give the wee man some slack be patient becausethe ‘eye of the tiger’ will be back real soon I’m sure of it.
