I see a few people have mentioned our previous recent record in finals as a hindrance. Personally I see it as motivation. That feeling after losing a final should never want or need to be replicated and should be used as to spur the players on. These players have a once in a lifetime opportunity to be heroes and they should embrace it and not fear it. They will be immortalised in Liverpool history if they bring home number 6!

I also don’t think our players should feel pressure in this situation, we’ve all been told how Madrid are the 'kings of Europe' and that we have no chance. I’m sure we were told that we wouldn’t beat city either. Madrid are massive favourites but we are Liverpool and should fear no one. Our fans will make it like a home game as per usual and we should show the world our style of play. We cherish the underdog status and I hope Madrid eat all that humble pie with the rubbish they are throwing out.

All we can ask is that the players leave everything out there and know they have no regrets.

We have conquered all of Europe. So why stop on Saturday?

Love it mate, exactly my thoughts. The only game throughout the whole campaign I was worried about was Roma. I'd of been much more concerned if we had them in the final because they're no pushovers yet we dealt with them. We can deal with RM, they're just another team playing football and it's as simple as that. We'll shock everybody on Saturday, I said it before the Man City games and I still believe it.

Don't know about anybody else but usually my days go quick but this week the days are dragging like hell!

At least tomorrow we can say 'tomorrow's the day we win the CL ;) '.

The last 3 finals we've lost (Chelsea FA cup, City League Cup, and Sevilla in Europa) I thought we were the better team. We just made rookie mistakes at key times, or didn't take our chances.

Look at the City final. We lost the cup final, and then murdered them 3-0 less than a week later. Luck plays a huge part in cup finals. Hopefully this one goes our way!

I’m still bricking it mate, every time I think about it.
Work has been a nightmare this week trying to keep focused. Saturday leading up to the game is going by to be horrible, don’t think I’ve ever worried about something that should be so trivial so much.
Think the Ed’s should open a support line for stressed reds.

We may have lost a few finals lately but on the whole our record in finals is pretty phenomenol. I will be devastated if we lose on Saturday but I keep reminding myself, I would rather lose a champions league final than not be in one. Even if we lose we still get a load of cash for reaching the final, our stock has gone up and we will be able to attract better players and we will be feared in next seasons ucl.

I think it would be unfair if Madrid won. We have been the best team in the tournament. And, remember. Spurs done them and although we lost to spurs and finished below them (wouldn't have if we were not in the ucl semi final) I think we all know we are a better team than them. If spurs can do it the we certainly can.

Don’t worry guys I know someone who is someone in the know and they know and have confirmed that Liverpool will win the final and the team will do us proud.

It will be a really fitting occasion for number 6.

History in finals means nothing in my opinion. Although, if we’re losing 3-0 at half time, id have us down as strong favorites ;)
