ED001/ ED002, Hi gents, love your work!

I know we've spoken about the Allison situation to death these past few months but I would like to raise a question that may have never been asked.
As RM were/ are keen suitors for Allison Becker do you see them steering away due to the high valuation placed on a goalkeeper?

In addition, if Liverpool really fancied him, could you see us selling Karius for Alison.
Even though it would be a harsh move in my personal opinion because he has done well since the beginning of the year and found some form.

But I could see a Mourinho doing something similar, player does well shows faith in him, sells him brings the player he wants.

Do Liverpool hold 'firm/ strong' interest in Alison or is that well and truly gone?

Sorry first of all, Shankly won 3 titles, 2 FA cups and a UEFA Cup (equivalent) . And you're picking faults with him over his player selection? He was one of the greatest managers of all time!

Secondly - Klopp is too loyal? To who? Gini, who after a fairly unspectacular time has become vital to our champions league run in and a key part of the midfield? Or maybe Lovren who has risen to be VVD's perfect midfield partner? Who is he 'too' loyal to? What does that phrase even mean? He's a manager. He picks from the players he has. If he doesn't have the ability to bring in new players, he can't just bin the ones he has (even if that was the best thing to do) because we'd still need someone to play.

You've repeated that exact like 3 or 4 times that I've seen over the past few days no name. Now justify it please. What player has Klopp stuck with that didn't turn out to be handy, and what would the alternative be considering we can't replace 11 players every season?

Alberto Moreno - bought a replacement in the summer who had to wait his chance because of personal issues, then lack of fitness and Moreno was playing well. Since Robertson got in, Moreno has only got chances so Robbo could rest. Not sure what is too loyal about that.
Adam Lallana - been out all season injured pretty much. How can he have been too loyal to him?
The entire back 4? So what is he meant to do, put in the youth team's back 4 instead?
Wijnaldum - got dropped to the bench when his performances dipped. Only came back in due to injuries and tiredness to other options.}

well said hjikle, so many times you see managers lose faith in a player after 5 games.

sometimes the supporters don't know what is happening behind the scenes (e. g. Lovren) that is impacting their performance.

trust that a professional manager who has got us competitive again in the league and the champpions league final whilst actually trying to work with the players he has rather than just binning them straight away.

i dream of 2/ 3 years down the line players people assumed "weren't good enough" are proving their doubters wrong!

Thank you Ed001, exactly my point. Lallana has had about an hour of football this year and last year was a key player. Aside from that, just bin the entire back four? The one that since October has conceded least in the league? And played who instead of them? Glad I had enough and challenged this one, sounded ridiculous and it was.
