I think on Saturday we saw Man City try out a tactic that we will see employed tomorrow night where they were only sending a couple of people up for corners. I suspect Pep has decided the biggest threat we pose to them
is hitting them fast on a turnover and he is looking at ways of minimising that happening.

I think you will see them hitting more long balls too, to beat the press. Our midfield need to keep fully focused and not leave players in too much space when Emerson has the ball.

don't see them playing to many long balls can't see Jesus winning to many balls in the air. Pep plays one way changes how they set up sometimes but never seen any of his teams play long balls.

They did it for the 2nd goal against Everton on Saturday when the blues decided to press for once. The ball went to Sane in space and he’s no giant. It doesn’t matter if they find space and have a good first touch. They won’t do it all the time but I do think they will vary it.

I think they may play a bit tighter tomorrow with it being 2 legs. That might be good for us if they don’t score more than one goal as we are well capable of scoring at the Etihad and we’ll know what we have to do.

Pep won’t change the way he plays, even last season when city wasn’t flying as many assumed they would he was told his way woudint work in premier league and he stated he won’t change way he plays football. There are many pros and cons too it would.
