Anyone else a bit worried about tomorrows game at Palace? Will be very tough imo. They are fighting to stay up and have already shown this season they are quite good at home.

Game is made for Mane and Salah I think.

Palace are solid through the centre as they have good centre backs in Sakho, Tomkins, Kelly, Dann etc and an industrious midfield. However, Zaha and Townsend Don't help out enough defensively. Couple that with Van Aanholt, Sclupp, Ward etc all being pretty average full backs, and you can hurt Palace down the outside. I expect both Mane and Salah will score, but Firmino will probably have a tougher time as Hodgson crowds the centre and smothers the opposition strikers. Unfortunately for Palace, our main goal threats come from wider areas.

Of course, Hodgson may try something different to try and stifle Salah. Some managers seem to think a back 3 helps, but it actually just isolates the left sided defender in the 3 into a 1v1 situation with Salah and causes more harm than good.

I think we'll win but it's hard to call Palace away.

this will be a tough game, with Can and Gomez out, we have lost two big lads, they will try and rough us up a bit, and they will def feed Saha with plenty of passes,
yes, he will play, so its going to be a difficult game, just hope that our front three do the Biss,
if we get the 3 points, we are on a roll going into the huge game V City .

Pretty sure there missing few players especially there defenders through injuries albeit some may be back now, early game let’s just hope we turn up important too think Palace and only Palace before the Champs league next week.

Totally agree lfc8. We need a 2 goal advantage come half time so we can consider resting some key players.

Think we have gotten our heads around a professional performance needed instead of walking into a game expecting to win because we are liverpool.
