ClarkyLFC, totally agree 1 game is a bit early but hell, posters on here have him winning us the league without even having watched him! My post is a reaction to all this 'Happy Keita Day' nonsense. He had good moments and poor moments and was subbed before he got a red card. Ed002 has already said we overpaid for him and our fans want him to be the 3rd most expensive player in the premier league by bringing him in this month.

He looked like a talented work in progress to me, not the messiah everyone is making him out to be.

He is more than just a talented work in progress my friend, no he is not the messiah but he is better than the options we currently have in midfield. You may have watched him in a few games but you don't get voted the best player in the bundesliga last season for being a talented work in progress.

The fact is despite his goading of his team mates he has also been suffering from goading by the fans who seem to think he is single handedly to blame for his teams shortcomings this season. That would affect anyones form so i will give him the benefit of the doubt. But it is wholely disingenuous to suggest he is anything other than a very good player.
