Everyone in the media is talking as if Everton have turned a corner under Sam Allardyce 😂

Since he joined they've played against West Ham and Huddersfield. He had no input on the West Ham game anyway (and West Ham are awful by the way) and Huddersfield are useless away from home so beating them was to be expected.

When it comes to Sunday, i think people are in for a bit of a shock. If our players don't get complacent, we could embarrass the blues. Though Allardyce has the advantage of an uninterrupted week to prepare, Klopp has the advantage of having a few good players.

Anyway, Spartak up first and we've got to take it seriously. Sevilla will beat Maribor so we cannot afford to lose. At home to Spartak though, we should be confident. Mane and Chamberlain should come back into the side and that kind of pace with fresh legs will be crucial. This rotation is working wonders. Signing Salah and Chambo looks to have been a master stroke as we can rest Coutinho and Mane without a major drop in quality.

Come on now, you know if we top tbe group we shall draw Real Madrid, funnily enough our last opponent when we played in the top 16 for the last time. I say bring anyone on, I want to see us two legged tie against the best around.

You speak the truth. With no injuries to speak of it's looking good and we could even afford to lose one or two and be ok.
Everton I fear are going to be a tougher proposition than they would have been 2 weeks ago. It's the whole impact of playing for a new manager which will wear off but will help up their game initially. Still think we will be beat them but will be much closer now, only 4-0 to us 😁.

Dont Everton play a game on thus night, they will rest some players, prob get beat, and won't be so confident as they seeem right now,
The last player they want to face is Salah,
just to add, that we don't suffer any injuries on sunday, they happen to often when we play the Toffees .

You are right Happy. They play Thursday! I'd forgotten about it completely. I wonder if Sam will go for it to save their dignity, or throw it to focus on the league? I expect the latter.
