what is up with Lovren's inability to deal with any sort of ball crossed into the box today? Half the time it looks like he doesn't even attempt to challenge for the ball.

Well said Welsh red. I had very same conversation after stoke game. Say they are fans yet after 5.1 win away from home come on to pick fault with no mention of all the good things we clearly did today! And while on about lovren on a few occasions today he covered for can and gini with good reading of the game. oops forgot we only mention bad things!

OP, I don't see your point. Lovren was brilliant vs Crouch at Stoke and was very good again today vs Brighton as it seems he has come back stronger after the Spurs debacle. You seem to be scratching the bottom of the barrel to find something to moan about re Lovren. We won 5-1 at a place where they don't lose nor concede BUT hey, you had to have a moan about something so have at it, bro.

I do not see why we have to concentrate on the 5 scored goals. If you have some good achievements up front with scoring goal, it doen’t mean that you have to forget your biggest problem - the Defence. If we/ Klopp think like you want, we will never win the league and that's for sure. No body will remember 2 wins with 5 goals when you haven't brought the trophy.
