Would be interested in the Eds opinion, Would bringing in someone along the lines of Raymond Verheijen help Liverpool out in the long term?
Do you feel Klopp would be willing to adapt his style to implement a different physical approach to his training/ playing style?
I don't remember reading about this fella back in August but instead of abusing him, which I'm sure some stuck up fans are, why not accept his expertise as being bang on and look to learn from him.
Would love to hear your thoughts Eds

{Ed001's Note - god no his periodisation nonsense is just a con. The guy is just a major prick, er I mean self publicist who jumps on anything to further his own ends.}

I'm not even going to pretend to know what periodisation is but do you think there's something that should be done differently at melwood to deal with the issues of tiring in second half of the season?

I don't even know of that is the main contributory factor in our downturn in form but it could well be playing a part?

{Ed001's Note - personally I do not see that as anything like an issue. I have said it before and I will say it again, I believe the problem is the attitude of 'expecting to win against the smaller clubs'. There is absolutely no way the players are tired. It is nonsense propagated by people like Verheijen to make a job for himself.}

He says there tired because they worked so hard in preseason.

Are you tired from running 7/ 8 months ago?

The players fitness is fine. There positions on the field is cocked uo because the system has changed. were playing a different formation with different dynamics after the whole season has been a differebt way.

There not not getting used to it but more so that it doesn't really work. Can doesbt work well with hendo like wij. Firmino or sturridge not both. some pace needed somewhere ojo/ origi on there somewhere to offer countering ability and a threat in behind.

If sturridges pace has gone then he might adapt to it but he's not as good then as firmino for us and iur system so we have to go with riberto.

It's also worth bearing in mind that even if this guy is right, our pre season tour isn't decided by the manager so blaming Klopp for it is largely ridiculous. That fitness egg bloke is just a divi who thinks he has the right to talk because he had big jobs in the past (despite none of them actually helping his employer to success)

Clearly an attitude/ mentality problem, which needs addressing. Sharpish.

Klopp said at the beginning of the season that this is now his squad and he is responsible for results.

It's only fair that he is judged over the full season.

Sturridge could have had a hatrick against Southampton. It was only the wrong contact made with the ball but he was in the right place at the right time.

The team created loads of chances and as the nearer the match came the more we attacked and we were caught on the break.
It's not as bad as it seems and We are capable of putting a run together that includes beating all our rivals for top 4.

Kop the faith.

I don`t know where all the love for this Raymond fellow is coming from. Our issues have nothing to do with fitness. Nothing, whatsoever so he has nothing to offer us or anyone else apart from pointless bluster. We need to regroup and re-evaluate our whole approach and that is Klopp`s job now.

The Swansea game showed that the team looked disinterested and pedestrian and only started playing when they went 2 up. That should NEVER happen again. Some of our players need to start pulling their weight as they have let Klopp down this Jan. We will bounce back BUT we need to take a hard look at ourselves and start approaching games with the right attitude. It is that attitude that allowed us to have the best record vs the top 6 cos we fear no one. That killer instinct needs to come back ASAP.

If Raymond is so right, why is Firmino not exhausted (probably the hardest worker on the pitch)? Why hasn't Llalana suffered with constant injuries? Add Coutinho and Mane to the list (Couts' injury was a bad tackle) .
I see our team occasionally complacent and lacking inspiration and creativity sometimes. But never burnt out.

{Ed001's Note - exactly Annie. The man is a charlatan peddling his crap to suckers.}
