Always loved Sturridge and I just wanted to bring this on here. I thought he took his goal magnificently. Not just anticipating the pass but the way he rounded the keeper was just class. His calmness and composure infront of the goal is second to none. He is such a quality infront of the goal.
He is one of the those players who has a magic on him to change the game in a whisker.

the goal was excellent, lovely quick feet from Sturridge. loved the goal, but not really surprised as he is able to do that.

I thought his movement was Good last night as well, and although one was an own goal mane would still have scored so technically we had 4 different goal scorers yesterday something for pep to think about!

Studge`s talent is well documented so the goal and the manner in which he took it, didn`t surprise me. Had he missed it, now that would have surprised me.

Totally agree harry, he is the best striker we have at the club i just wish his body could hold up better. Looking forward to an extended run in the team when mane goes to afcon and he links up with firmino and couts when he is back.

Got to say i also love the fact we are not reliant on one player to score. Any one of our front three provide goal threat and then you have lalana behind them also chipping in. Is he the highest scorer in the club now?

It is also not a conincidence that we are more effective when milner plays well, with both our wing backs attacking it ensures we pin the opposition in their half and maintain posession.

I think it will be a score fest with man city with us edging them. Their defence and keeper are as suspect as ours but i believe klopps system is superior to peps tika style and i think we will pick them off on the break.
