Great result! First, don't think anyone has given credit to firminos goal. Fortuitous but great first touch and finish.

Also think benteke showed both sides today. Is clearly a gifted player but either doesn't work hard enough or doesn't suit our system.

Shame as can see a gifted player but can't see it working out. though winning with ten man and watching Man U lose with ten has made a very happy!

Benteke a plan B he came on and give place a horrible time . its about time people stop laying into are players. benteke has got got us 12 points with his winning goals.

I agree Roland, how many one on ones did Benteke have a few matches ago and didn't score one - well done Firmino!

He has just been added to the Brazil squad as well - not sure I'm so happy about that!

Benteke came on and provided a spark, created three chances and won and converted a pressure laden penalty. All credit to him for not sulking and getting it done. I also, applaud him for putting himself about, making the runs he's been slated for not making and earning the rewards. Bravo, Christian.

well taken penalty, and also earning the penalty in the first place.
