Just got home from the game. Bad decision starting with Origi. Offered nothing. Credit to Klopp for changing it at half time and immediately we acquired an attacking threat. Lucas played well, Sakho was solid again. Can gave the ball away too cheaply, Lallana was his usual lightweight ineffectual self and Skrtel typically dodgy. Coutinho didn't look interested, don't know what's up with him, looks a shadow of last year.

Milner gave away the free kick needlessly and put us under pressure. Defending from it was pathetic I know but a player of his experience should know better than to concede a free kick in such a dangerous area of the pitch when we're defending a slender lead with only minutes left to play.

Henderson in for Can asap. Firming showed promise and penetrative when he came on and should start over Lallana.

I thought can was positive, he did give it away slightly too much, but he's close to creating chances. He made a lot of yards, and won the ball in the middle a lot. Just decision making and final ball was off, but whose isn't at he's still young that's will come with time and confidence.

I have to agree about Couthino not looking interested . we scored and he was just non plussed . everyone else happy and he looked so negative .
No idea why . any ideas?

Rodgers built the team around Coutinho and played a tempo of football that suited Coutinho
Eg everything played through Coutinho who would then create all the goal scoring opportunities

Klopp has different ideas

Need more composure in the final third from our full backs
You can actually see the fear in Clyney's face when he is anywhere near the opposition box
His first reaction is to always retreat and pass back.
