The weekend as gone now, surely its time to stop whingeing and bitching, let's look forward to a game on Thursday and then three home games, 4 wins and life might seem different for some people as two weeks is a long time in football, whether you like Rodgers or not all the whingeing in the world is not going to do anything.

I'm with you on 'stopping whinging', Mighty, but as you mentioned our three home games must be capitalized on, maximum points to shut whingers up!(myself included).
The whingers whinge about formation and how our philosophy (Rodgers' philosophy) has changed. Criticism must be constructive, as you know.My knowledge of football is playing serious football as a youngster - schoolboy at Villa 1970 - watching from terraces and the settee home. It hardly qualifies me as an expert but even to my ignorant eyes our style of play is nonexistent. I tend to change opinion from game to game; one minute I support BR, next I want him sacked. I've supported the club since 1970 (since the loss to Arsenal FA cup final) and it's hard to grin and bear it. But I'm 100% with you on stopping the whinge. We are better than that. I hope and wish for BR to turn things around and wed start to play to our potential. This experience will have made him a better manager, for sure. Here's hoping for 4 wins.

Iran I thought Rodgers should of gone before now, in the summer in fact but the owners have kept him so we should accept that but we whinge and bitch pathetically, some even don't want players to get fit again, we are 5 games into the season Rodgers should be given time to bed the new players in, we call ourselves the best supporters in the world but all people want is a quick fix this years league won yesterday, football simply doesn't work like that, we change manager there are no guarantees that it could get worse, Rodgers deserves our support.

{Ed002's Note - We are done with the Rodgers stuff for now MR.}

I don't think the majority of fans are looking for a quick fix, they are just looking for signs of progress. 4 years on and rodgers hasn't shown any consistancy. continually playing players out of position, not utilising benteke, etc etc.
The first half of the utd game was about as bad as i've seen Liverpool play in many a year. At least we have sturridge back soon, and hopefully he can work well with benteke, that's if Rodgers doesn't stick him out on the wing.

Spot on, Kammakris! All we want is our team to show signs of life, fight, direction and determination regardless of who the manager is. it`s not too cool watching us lose to the worst Utd team I`ve sean in over two decades without a fight especially knowing we are more than capable of doing better. Imrovement and direction is not too much to ask for now, is it?
