Liverpool want Sergi Roberto as part of the deal for Couthino. Barcelona is not willing to sell Sergi. but sergi is so far not willing to sign new deal. Any thruth eds?

{Ed002's Note - Not that I am aware. Another English side interested in Roberto have recently spoken with Barcelona and they do not wish to sell, and the player's agent has said that it is only a matter of agreeing the financial package that it is keeping him from signing it.}

Isn't Roberto another B2B midfielder? Makes no sense even if he is quality. I thought our targets were Goretzka and Meyer.

Roberto is a player who can play either defensive midfield or right back and is a fantastic player in both positions. I’d take him as part of the deal over any of the other dross that Barcelona have on their release list.

Roberto is their best player after Messi and Suarez.

Roberto at the base of our midfield with Keita and Wijnaldum/ Grujic would be pretty strong.

Roberto is good, clever player and good with the ball, but he's not the their third best player mk - not sure on what grounds, iniesta is still better. Still would take him not that he'd leave.
