I swear some people live under a rock, let's sign a player who no ones heard of in the past 2 years because he once looked decent in the England u21's.

If you haven't heard of him for 2 years, then i would say that you are the one who lives under a rock - the premier league isn't the only league.

He's been out injured for 1 season, it wasn't necessarily his England u21 performances either, more that he was looking good for Derby.

Who knows how his injury will affect him in the long run, maybe he will become a possibility again next year if he can put a good run of games together.

For some perspective: Wilshere hasn't played half the minutes Hughes has in the last 2 years and he's in the England squad!

Eh not to mention ed has already said "we are no longer interested in him" numerous times in the last few weeks, I think some people visit the sight every few weeks don't bother reading anything, post a question and probably never comes back to read the answer.
