If Toure, Ilori, Caulker and Skrtel are all leaving, as seems very possible, I wouldn't be surprised if Tah was the kind of player we brought in. With Mama most likely banned til at least October we won't be able to rely on Lov, Matip and Gomez as our CBs for the start of the season, or injury could end our title chances before we'd even started.
