Ed001 how long will it before we hear about Mac Allister appeal, will it be before the weekends game. If not even if we lose the appeal we will be able to play him Sunday if so against Newcastle midfielder 3 I hope this Gakpo decision to play there stops.

Never a red card, terrible decision from the ref and the var. Unfortunately I don't hold much hope of it being overturned. I hope I am wrong.

I wouldn't put it past the smug PGMOL to deny the appeal in a bid to save the skin of the ref who in that moment (after have a perfectly good game, IMO), completely lost his head. Their hubris and arrogance knows no limits.

I don’t have to much of an issue with the ref missing it. I had a problem with the VAR not stepping in to say why don’t you go and have another look.

That’s the problem the whole point of var is to right the wrong the decisions if they are still not coming to the right decisions what is the point of var at all.

How are we still at this point with officiating theirs more money and technology in the game than ever yet the referees are worse

I’m getting like a few fellow posters really falling out of love with the sport.

Kloppthekop, you got it. I'll keep saying it. The whole "Clear and Obvious" schstick is just rubbish. A ruse they use to protect themselves and the independent commitee just blew that rubbish out of the water. Suckers!
