Indeed - and I believe his assist and goal stats are decent for a DM as well.

The defensive stats have to be viewed from the perspective that Stuttgart were battling to avoid relegation though. He was going to be doing a lot of defending. Looking at the percentages would be more telling.

I welcome him to the club and wish him all the best if he ends up joining. Rather than complaining about unknowns better to get on with it. If he has the right brain and attitude, it will work fine for us. The stats look impressive even if it is not the 'best league in the world'.

Endo is a safe choice, which at the moment is great news considering what we’ve lost. He ll be solid which is exactly what we need. If we sign him and amrabat aswell I’ll be chuffed. Cracking player. All in all that’s a good outcome after the mess over lavia and ciacedo.
