Could Wilf Zaha be an option in January?

Would cost a lot with his contract being up in the Summer, I think he could be a good back up option. He can play across the front 3, would be a nightmare coming off the bench for Diaz and would be a more than able deputy if Diaz isn't available or in need of a rest.

Yeah, of course but I'm not sure someone of the calibre of Bellingham will be available and a stop gap / future sub option isn't what we need in midfield.

Don't think They're much players out there of Bellingham calibre forget DM

Think we badly need to start focusing on our immediate weaknesses before thinking of attacking players.

But that's a weakness that needs a permanent fix, a better player than Fabinho has been for us, not a January quick fix. That's my point, its very difficult to buy world class in January and making do with a decent player who would ultimately worsen us from where we've been previously, shouldn't be the way forward.

Zaha could be a great stop gap for £15m or so while Jota and Diaz are out but also being a brilliant option off the bench for years to come. He wouldn't weaken us in the long term.

But what when jota Diaz Nunez Salah and Firmino are fit? We can even play carvalho there if needed.

As I said it's better to focus on big holes then spending money on area's which aren't needed immediately.

We have bought most if not all our important signings in Jan ?.

Would talk Zaha on the wing over Jones, Ox or Carvalho any day. Home grown too. I think Palace would still want a good fee they ‘should’ be fine even without him but lose him and they risk going down which would lose them a fortune.

Maybe I’m old school, but I don’t want somebody who has played for united coming to Liverpool. Not that I think he is good enough anyway.
