I'm sorry but I'm not great at digging out stats, but a question just occurred to me, has Salahs drop in goals coincided with Bobby being out and Jota taking the central striker spot.

No, Bobby was injured for most of the season and the main from line was Mane, Jota, Salah when he was scoring all his goals. His drop in form seems to have happened upon his return from Afcon. probably mentally exhausted more then anything especially with getting knocked out the world cup as well.

The first part of the season when Salah was on fire, Bobby only played the first half against Chelsea, then got injured again, then played against Watford and scored a hat trick, then got injured again.

Due to either selection or injuries Bobby has only started 9 league games this season and come on as sub in another 9 games.

During these games Salah has scored 17 of his 20 league goals and had 9 assists. So not really sure we can pin Salah’s drop of form over the last month or so on Jota or Bobby.
